Terms and Conditions for Prik Tattoo

Welcome to Prik Tattoo! By choosing Prik Tattoo for your body art, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and satisfactory experience for both you and our artists.

1. Eligibility

​

  • You must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo at Prik Tattoo. A valid government-issued photo ID is required to verify your age.

  • Minors are not permitted in the tattooing area unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for non-tattooing purposes.

2. Consultation and Booking

​

  • Consultations are offered to discuss your tattoo design, placement, size, and pricing. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Deposits will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo. Missed appointments without 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Health and Safety

​

  • All clients must complete a consent form and disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before the tattooing process begins.

  • Prik Tattoo follows strict hygiene practices, including the use of single-use needles, sterilized equipment, and professional-grade inks.

  • If you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, we reserve the right to refuse service for your safety.

4. Design and Intellectual Property

  • Tattoo designs created by our artists are the intellectual property of Prik Tattoo and may not be reproduced without permission.

  • Custom designs are created collaboratively with clients and are intended for personal use only.

  • We reserve the right to decline any design requests deemed offensive, inappropriate, or against our policies.

5. Pricing and Payment

​

  • Pricing is determined by the complexity, size, and time required for your tattoo. This will be discussed and agreed upon during the consultation.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of the tattoo. We accept cash or bank transfers.

6. Aftercare​​

  • Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided following your tattoo session. It is your responsibility to follow these guidelines to ensure proper healing.

  • Prik Tattoo is not responsible for issues arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions, including infections, fading, or other complications.

7. Refund Policy

​

  • Tattoos are permanent works of art, and refunds are not available once the service has been rendered.

  • Touch-ups may be offered at the discretion of the artist within a specified period (e.g., 3 months) if proper aftercare was followed. Additional fees may apply for extensive touch-ups.

  • Items bought in the shop can't be returned.

8. Liability Waiver

​

  • By receiving a tattoo at Prik Tattoo, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with tattooing, including but not limited to allergic reactions, infections, and dissatisfaction with the final result.

  • Prik Tattoo and its artists are not liable for any adverse reactions or complications that arise post-service.

9. Shop Policies

​

  • Respectful behavior toward staff and other clients is mandatory. Abusive language or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.

  • Please avoid bringing children or pets to your appointment for safety and comfort reasons.

  • Since we are a small shop, please come alone or let us know in advance if you want to bring someone with you.

10. Privacy​​

  • Prik Tattoo respects your privacy. Any personal information collected during consultations or bookings will be used solely for professional purposes and will not be shared without your consent.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

​

  • Prik Tattoo reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients are encouraged to review them regularly to stay informed.
